Unreborn Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to have the best experience with Unreborn. Here’s our straightforward return and exchange policy:

Eligibility for Exchange:

Exchanges are only allowed for size-related issues.
The product must be in its original condition, unworn, and unwashed.
Tag Requirement:

Each T-shirt comes with a special tag that must remain intact.
If the tag is removed or dismantled, the product will no longer be eligible for return or exchange.
Process for Exchange:

Reach out to us via email at unrebornproject@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product.
Provide your order details and the desired size for exchange.
Our team will respond to your request within 24 hours.

If your exchange is approved the exchanged product will be delivered within 5-7 days.

No Refunds:

Refunds are not applicable. Exchanges are the only resolution offered for eligible issues.
